Returns
Products can be returned within 30 days without giving any reason. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Personalized orders are uniquely made just for you. As such, we can't accept returns or offer refunds on these bespoke items.

Yes, if you wish to cancel your order for any reason, just send us an email at support@nakama-knives.com within 12 hours from the time the order was placed. Beyond 12 hours, orders will be accepted as final and ready to be shipped to your doorstep.
Yes, we offer a free 5-year warranty on all knives. This covers any defects in material or craftsmanship. We take great pride in our knives and therefore only tolerate absolute excellency - nothing less.
