RETURN & REFUND POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, just send us an email at support@nakama-knives.com within 12 hours from the time the order was placed. Beyond 12 hours, orders will be accepted as final and ready to be shipped to your doorstep.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, the item received must be unused, in the same condition when you have received it and in it's original packaging.
Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
We shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than within 7 business days. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods and we can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and the order is marked as ready for pickup but is never collected and subsequently returned to us, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
There is no need to make a return if the received goods are damaged. Simply take a photograph/video and send it to support@nakama-knives.com. Once we receive the photograph/video, we will issue a replacement.
